Auckland Zoo trip 2026

What a fantastic day for our Manaakitanga and Fetūlele 1 tamariki at Auckland Zoo! Our tamariki had a wonderful time exploring the zoo, seeing different animals up close, and learning about animal groups, habitats and special features that help animals survive.

From discovering fascinating creatures to sharing lots of questions and observations along the way, the trip brought our classroom learning to life. It was great to see our tamariki learning together, looking after one another and enjoying every moment of the experience.
